“Meetings are already impossible and now people are dying…” Peacock has revealed the first trailer for a fun new sex comedy series called Laidcreated by Nahnatchka Khan (Always be my maybe, Totally killer) and Sally Bradford McKenna. Yes, it’s based on the Australian series of the same name (from 2011) and will air on Peacock in the US in December later this year. A weird time to throw this out? A woman discovers that her former lovers are dying in unusual ways and must travel back through her sexual timeline to confront her complicated past in order to move forward. Well, that sounds awkward! “The premise of Laid – a woman discovers that all her exes are dying in mysterious ways – seemed exactly what we were looking for: a crazy romantic comedy. » Laid stars Stephanie Hsu like Ruby and Zosia Mamet like his best friend AJ. The main cast also includes Michael Angarano And Tommy Martinezand exciting distinguished guests like Finneas O’Connell, Andrew Hyland, Olivia Holt, David Denman, Chloe FinemanAnd John early.
