Demi Lovato’s niece dies after Madison De La Garza has emergency caesarean section

Demi Lovato is mourning the death of her niece after her sister had an emergency caesarean section last month.

The singer’s younger sister Madison De La Garza announced on September 5 that she and her boyfriend Ryan Mitchell are expecting their first child in October.

In a statement released Instagram On October 26, the Desperate Housewives star revealed that she had to undergo an emergency procedure in late September.

“On the evening of September 27th, after an emergency C-section, Ryan and I held our little girl for the first and last time,” she said in the post. “Thank you, Xiomara, for making us parents to the most perfect angel in heaven.”

She concluded, “Mommy and Daddy love you sweet girl.”

The 22-year-old received overwhelming support in the comments from her fans, as well as her family, including older sisters Demi and Dallasand their mother.

“I love you so much Xiomara,” Demi Lovato wrote in the post. “An angel in every sense of the word. I will always be your auntie.”

Mom Dianna De La Garza shared a touching message in the comments, writing, “They say when you meet your grandchild for the first time, you feel a love that you can’t explain in words.”

“I felt this love and will feel it until the day I die,” she added. “I love you, my sweet granddaughter Xiomara. Thank you for making me a REAL “Grandma D.”

Her older sister Dallas Lovato wrote an emotional poem expressing support for Madison De La Garza and in memory of her niece.

“Girl Xiomara, I miss you every day. I will take care of your mom so you can fly away,” she wrote. “Look over us, guide us and give us little signs. We will come to you one day, it just may take a while.

The poem went on to say, “Not a single day will pass without you in our hearts. I wish we could spend more time together before you have to leave.

“So have fun in your new world, the one we don’t see,” she concluded the poem. “Because every breath I take, I take it for z.”

Demi Lovato fiance Jordan “Jutes” Lutes also commented on the post, writing: “I love you so much calm down little angel Xiomara.”

The 32-year-old singer re-shared her sister’s statement on her Instagram Story and wrote a short message dedicated to her brother, sister and late niece.

“Rest in peace my beautiful niece of Head Girl Xiomara,” Lovato wrote. “I am so grateful that I was able to hold you… I will forever be your aunt. I love you so much @maddelgarza.”

De La Garza announced her pregnancy via Instagram in September.

In the post, she shared a photo posing with Mitchell with her baby bump on display, followed by other photos from the party, including a sweet shot of her mom and sisters placing their hands on her baby bump.

“Oh Ryan, how I love you,” she wrote in the caption. “Thank you for making all my dreams come true. baby Mitchell, 10.24.”

Demi Lovato too shared the news about her sister’s pregnancy with a Sept. 21 post that read, “My little sister is giving birth!! I love you @maddelagarza and can’t wait to meet your little angel.”
